Administrators Web Seminar

This one hour live seminar gives DocumentMall Administrators a general overview of how to set up a basic DocumentMall account. Topics and demonstrations include creating users and groups, cabinet and folder creation, assigning permission sets, implementing document types for file indexing, and file upload and searching. This seminar is ideal for introducing new Administrators to DocumentMall and for gaining ideas for implementing DocumentMall within your own business environment.

Registration

Registration for each webex is typically posted 2-3 weeks before the Admin seminar.  To reserve your spot for the next seminar, CLICK HERE.

After completing the registration form, you will receive an email confirmation containing the password for entering the seminar and the phone number to call for the audio portion. Space is limited, so register today.

Please be aware of the following guidelines for the Training Seminars:

  • A separate telephone line for the audio or a sound card and speakers.
  • Javascript and cookies need to be enabled.
  • A 56Kbps Internet connection or better.
  • Windows Users - Internet Explorer 6/7, Firefox 2, Mozilla 1.7+, Netscape 8.1 or higher.
  • Mac Users - Firefox 2, Safari 3.0 (Mac OS 10.4,10.5), Safari 2.0 (Mac OS 10.4) Safari 1.3 (Mac OS 10.3).
  • Linux Users - Firefox 2, Mozilla 1.7 or higher.

NOTE: The WebEx plug-in will not install if your browser has high security settings or you do not have administrative rights on your PC.
